Hey guys I was wondering if someone could help me with this, so I had just installed my components into my new case ( MasterCase 5 from Cooler Master ) and I had also installed NZXT AER + fans instead of the stock fans. But my motherboard ( Gigabyte H11A-M ) only has one SYS_FAN header, so I used the Silverstone fan hub to connect all my fans to the mobo. Now my fans are locked at around 1500 RPM and I can't lower then in the BIOS nor Gigabyte System Information Viewer.
Specs:
CPU: I5 6500
GPU: PNY 1060 3gb
RAM: Hyperx fury DDR4 2133
MOBO:Gigabyte GA-H110M-A

Solution
Ability to control fans' RPM is often compromised once connecting with splitters/hubs, etc...; with only one chassis fan header, you might be looking at finding moles adapters, etc., and just living with max rpm.....' better than being stuck on too low of an RPM as long as not unbearably loud..
