Far Cry 2 benchmarking tool won't work

Has anyone got the benchmarking tool on far cry 2 to work on Vista64? It keeps giving me an error stating "Benchmark run could not be completed! No results will be generated"!

I Have Windows Xp 64 and it wont work for me i dont know why it worked Befor i patched so im guess they are Making the Game Worse cause i have seen no Difference in the Patches Well not Any thing major at least....

But yea i dont want to have to uninstall i should not have to you know what i have noticed is the Most Errors in Games is in Games that Come From the Xbox First if they Made most of the Game Just for Pc they would work fine but no they have to put a Crappy little Multiplayer Interface in it and Basically Ruin a Perfectly Good game I Hate Xbox360 with a Passion
