Question FAR CRY 3 RUNNING BAD ON MY PC

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.3GHz
Memory: 4GB RAM

Are my specs. I have trouble running FC3, which should not happen i have specs above the recommended requirements. what should i do to fix this?
45 fps is the highest i get

GT 620 is actually somewhat comparable to an 8800 class card in raw specs, half the bandwidth. And that is the minimum requirements.

i3-2120 is also a dual core with hyperthreading, not quite the same as a quad core.

Meeting the minimum performance specifications does not mean you'll get 60 FPS.

Minimum requirements means playable. Which anywhere from 20-45 FPS is certainly alright.

Keep in mind that old cartoons are drawn at 12 FPS, and you can still see what is going on.

yes but when i used a fix on fc3 blood dragon it was going above 60 tho on normal fc3 its not + other people with higher specs have reported the same bug.
