Solution boju Jul 20, 2020 Did you set the refresh rate to 144Hz under monitor in the game, where aspect ratio setting is? If you have, try disable fullscreen optimisation under compatibility for the game's launch app. Another possibility might be Xbox recording, if on with 60fps cap?
