OK, not sure if this is the right category, or if anyone has thought of this, but was curious if anyone has used a Faraday flashlight as a flashlight in building and repairing a computer. I have heard that they are just good for emergency situations, but was wondering if this could be a good solution to add to my repair kit.

Thanks

its a flashlight. its up to you if you need/want one in a kit and what type. I find its extremely rare to need one working on a PC, if you are working on a PC there will be electricity and I wouldn't want to haul extra stuff around when I could just use my phone for the 5 seconds I rarely need one. a mini mag would be better or any flashlight with low discharge nimh or lithium batteries

that and who wants their customer thinking they are using a shake weight? lol
