[SOLVED] Fast and easy way to convert all JFIF files to JPG on my PC?

I noticed a lot of web images I've saved would be stored as JFIF, done this tutorial and I think everyone should be saved as JPG now.

I have a lot of images saved as JFIF however, is there anything I can do to literally convert every JFIF file in my PC without having to use an online converter one by one. Perhaps maybe there's a program idk.

Irfanview is free and has a mass rename/convert option.
I think this is just a matter of renaming the extension though you can try this manually on a single image and if so just mass rename the files.
