Fast Computer Takes Forever to load.

So I built a pretty nice gaming rig a couple months ago. A couple weeks ago I started to notice that it took forever to open an application. For Example: When I click Chrome it takes(No Joke) 30 seconds to open. Same with everything else. Ran Malwarebytes and it didn't find anything.

Not really.

Right boot your comp into safemode and then try and open an application and see how long it takes. IF its significantly faster then its a software issue.
