If it is just air... Yes
You can also use an air compressor (but do not make the fan spin with it) or a small/medium soft brush.
But again; It was a simple fly, there's nothing to worry about. You can take this opportunity to clean your case from the dust.

I do not understand what the problem here... just wipe it off, I doubt that a simple fly can get the heatsink dirty, or even knock out a cooler, Lmao.

Seriously, you just need to clean it. (although I think the fly was probably "disintegrated" by the fan into small pieces, that's why you can not find it).

Okay i should calm down so am getting one of these http://olx.bg/photos/ad/44186139/1/ will it clean the pieces of the fly and the dust?

I found this little <Mod edit> it was stuck in the cpu sinker and i suck it with the vacuum cleaner then i took down all the dust in the pc and now am happy i will do some temp benchmarks so i could see is there any difference thanks guys!
