Hello For the past week or two I have been rubber banding in most of my games and it is really getting annoying, I already have my firewall off and changed Ethernet cables, Check for Viruses, and uninstalled any software that could hog the internet. What else Can I do that will fix it?

Yes but you need to have logs of your pings. You want to show them that exactly at the same time you get the ping spikes to 8.8.8.8 you DO NOT get ping spikes to your router.

The ISP will always blame your computer or router. If you have no issues ping your router it pretty much proves there is no problem with your equipment
Get into the cable modem and see if you are seeing large number of uncorretable errors. You will always have some the numbers should not change much if you refresh the screen. You can also look at the log and see if the modem is getting a lot of errors.

The pretty standard method to test is to run continous ping to your router IP. You should see little variation in the speeds. You can then ping a common internet address like 8.8.8.8. If you see large packet loss or variations to this ip you would need to call your ISP.

Speed test will in general not show issues with small amounts of packet loss or random delays in the packets. Games though are extremely susceptible to large variations in the delay.

I pinged 8.8.8.8 more than 10 times and there are just a couplr of times that the ping would go stable 18-21 to 700+ just for 1 row, with this, am I suppose to to call my isp?
