I have a Z170-HD3P mother board, Intel Core i5-6600K CPU with a Thunderbolt3 Alpine Ridge 2.0 add-in card. Would one of these OWC enclosures get close to the advertised 1550MB/s and 2800MB/s speeds on my system with minimal bottleneck issues?

Do you already have the M.2 slot filled?
The thunderbolt card has an x4 PCIe interface. It should be capable of speeds similar to an M.2 NVMe device.
