Fastest non-SSD USB Flash card... one NOT needing Trim

So, I am looking for a 128gb or 256gb flash drive to transfer large media files frequently.

Was gonna get an SSD based FAST Flash drive, BUT from what I've read, most of these flash drives (Kinsgston, Sandisk, etc...) will DEGRADE over-time due to lack of Trim... so I rather sacrifise a bit of speed and get a Flash drive that does NOT degrade over time... so which flash drive is fastest without being SSD? Hard to find that info.

Flash drives use similar technology to SSD. Occasional delete of files and reformatting will bring them to new state. No need for trim or GC.
