Its the third time my PC crashes and reboots without any warning. Everytime I go in the event log its this error message. Hopefully this is fixable and someone knows how to do it.

Other people are reporting this problem soon after installing the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update.

If you are not running Windows 10 then you possibly have a hardware problem.

I have windows 10, and I remember there was an update very recently.
My specs:
Cpu: amd fx 4300 3.8 GHz
Gpu: gtx 950
12 gb ddr3 ram
1tb + 2tb hdd
Mobo: msi 760gm-p34(fx) (ms-7641)

Consider reverting to before Creator's update first if applicable.

I wont have access to my computer until tonight, if it doesnt work is there something else i coud do?

Nothing besides clean Windows installation or try swapping parts if you have access to any. Not much else will cause a machine_check_exception error besides failing hardware or Windows issues.
