Question Fatal Hardware Error Event 18 - Cache Hierachy Error

System Specs
CPU - Ryzen 7 - 3700X
GPU - R9 270X (Other card just died so on this for a while)
MOBO - ASUS Prime B450 m-a
RAM - 16GB DDR4

Error

This happens frequently whenever I try to game. It occasionally flickers with lines on the screen and sometimes recovers, the times when it does not recover it restarts the computer and this error is in the event viewer.

Fixes Tried
I have tried multiple fixes which I have seen online for this error such as updating the BIOS and chipset drivers. I have also made sure that the CPU and GPU are not overheating and causing it as they are around 50C when the computer has restarted which takes around a minute.

Any help would be much appreciated.

try disable XMP and PBO in bios settings
if whea error still happens (without XMP and PBO), upload some recent memory dumps from C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports\WHEA

I uploaded a zip archive of my memory dumps over the last couple weeks here, the last on in there is from a couple of hours ago, however this is not when it last happened to me.

I have been on my computer since I disabled the 2 options now I had it recover from nearly crashing and got this error pop up
