specs:
asus prime h610m-k d4
intel core i3-12100f
kingston fury ddr4 2x8gb 2400 mhz (can oc to 3200mhz), now team group elite ddr4 2x16gb 3200mhz
rx 5600 xt
power supply is superflower leadex III bronze

need an opinion about faulty cpu memory channel or faulty mobo. i used kingston 2x8gb ddr4 2400mhz ram sticks which can be oc'ed to 3200mhz and i have turned on xmp so ram sticks is in 3200mhz state then upgraded to teamgroup 2x16gb 3200mhz ram sticks (i haven't disabled xmp before installing team group sticks), pc turns on and doesn't display anything using dual channel. tried to turn on pc with 1 ram stick and it now can display, went to bios then reset bios to default. now i can use both teamgroup and kingston ram sticks (tested both kingston rams and team group rams on their own, no mixing) in dual channel. would the problem is in cpu or motherboard?

are you adding both sticks? to a build mixing kits is not recomended.

i doubt its the motherboard did you remove the overclock from the old sticks before setting the new sticks

the new sticks will have diffrent memory timings reset the bios to default to remove any memory overclocks with the old ram then insert then turn of the pc and install the new ram in slots 2 and 4.
yes i didn't remove overclock from old sticks before setting new sticks
