my system was working fine till day before yesterday i was playing squad everything was fine fps were good but next day when i turned it on it started for a minute cpu gpu fan spinned for like 10 sec then system automatically turned of then it started again automatically and it came in my notice that motherboard is showing lights firt its orange then white and then it show red light and then it automatically turn of and same loop is repeted . but after some time of messing around it finally started again but this time i was haveing frame drop in games like from 75 when i move my character it goes to 32 ,16,33 ,24 like this so i restarted it without touching anything now its stuck again on this loop but today morning i started it without touching anything it started like normal but in taskmanager it was showing intel uhd graphics but hdmi was connected to rtx card and from nvdia geforce i updated the driver and restarted the system now its stuck again on tht loop
i know 99% problem is in with rtx card cause when i use intel uhd card it work fine ( system work fine) but as soon as i connect card it show tht same red light and it wont boot up
its been 3 months it was working fine in june i have build this pc so everything was fine till day before yesterday so why suddenly its behaving like this and showing tht red light

my specs are
i5 13 gen
32 gb ddr4 ram
rtx 3060 ti
500 ssd
1 tb hdd
deepcool gammax l240 aio

MSI PRO B760M-E DDR4 Motherboard

So, you have 0 clue what the warranty actually is? 🙄

Sigh...

Warranty is there for manufacturing errors. Meaning that when hardware develops a fault within the warranty period (usually 2 years), one can RMA the hardware to be either fixed or replaced, cost free.

So, RMA your GPU under warranty and wait for replacement GPU.

Also, if no hardware ever dies, there wouldn't be any need for a warranty. But since the manufacturing process isn't never 100% perfect, some defects may still be present. Hence why manufacturer includes warranty, essentially stating "if our hardware develops a fault in given timeframe, we will fix it for you".

Yes. Since most of the times, it's the retail shops that handle warranty claims on the behalf of the end user (you). Some hardware manufacturers accept warranty claims directly from end users too (like Corsair, NZXT) but it would be easier to return the GPU to the store you bought it from.

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

clean boot

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool and if available, update the firmware
