Faulty motherboard? Gigabyte z370

I just recently installed the z370 HD motherboard from Gigabyte, along with a new CPU (i7-8700) and some new Corsair ddr4. After installing everything, the computer failed to boot. I disconnected everything I could think of before removing the ram, turns out that 2 of the ram slots cause the pc to become stuck in a boot loop if I put anything in them. (The first 2 left slots.) After putting one stick in the 3rd slot, I got to bios. I figured either I had faulty ram or my motherboard was messed up. I made the silly mistake of not checking if my ram was compatible with the motherboard before I bought. Additionally, when plugging in the DVI cable to my GPU it didn't work at all, and just gave me a black screen. Upon switching the entire GPU (EVGA 1070) to the second PCIE slot, it worked fine. Could anyone give me any insight on why this is? Do I have to replace my motherboard or is it a ram compatibility issue? Could it be a problem with my CPU? Upon loading my OS I booted up a few different games and they were extremely slow. CS:GO hung on the loading screen and couldn't load into a map. Prey worked fine, albeit laggier than my old setup. Every part that I haven't mentioned works fine, as I used them a few days ago on my other build. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: My bad. It's the z370 HD3

There's way too many bent to do that, there's also some bent in the middle of unbent pins. Thanks for the suggestion though
