Afternoon folks,

I've been having a slight issue with my PC where I will be playing a game, and out of nowhere, I will hear the Windows 11 USB disconnect and reconnect sounds, my game will freeze and some devices then stop working. I have to restart my computer for the devices to resume working again.

I think this could be a faulty mobo but I'm not too sure on this one, apologies if this ends up being posted in the wrong section.

BIOS is up to date, and I've noticed I have three unknown devices showing in Device Manager that I cannot find vendor or device IDs for.

Hi Shia,

Did you reset CMOS after the bios update. There is a known USB issued in older AGESA builds, and the newer ones without. clearing CMOS may help here.
Hi there,

Thanks for the reply, I’ve reset the CMOS via the button on the back of the motherboard, it had resolved the problem but upon starting my computer today, it’s back.
