Question "Faulty non Faulty ram stick"

I have a problem, one of the two 8x2gb kit(ripjaws 3000mhz) ram sticks dont work(pc doesint post),
i've tried switching slots, trying single channel, or only putting in the faulty one, it still doesint post
I even sent it back for repairs, and they say that the ram sticks are in perfect condition, and they still sent back the broken ones
what could be the problem, someone please help

Well its been weeks of trying, and they wont accept the refund as it worked for them
Could this be a motherboard issue?

Which slots were you placing the modules in and which slots does the "working" module work in?

The motherboard manual recommends using slots 1 and 2 first for two modules in dual channel mode.

the working stick worked in every slot, and when i put the not working one in by itself or with the working one the pc just doesint post

Sounds to me like the place you bought the module from lied about testing it when you brought it back. Try getting a replacement or refund through the G.Skill RMA site. Your kit has a product lifetime warranty.
