faulty ram connections? Help please

My Asus M5A78l-m usb3 motherboard will not boot!!! The beep code says no/faulty ram I have cleaned and replaced the ram and even bought new ram just incase, still the beeps!!! Please help!

verify your hard drive health
http://www.hdsentinel.com/ run the short self test---- obviously you will need a second computer and take your hard drive out; just install it like a secondary drive on the sata port.

then you need to verify the memory modules as good with a memory test one at a time.. most use memtest from a USB boot disk

next is suspect the PSU. get a known good PSU

from there isolate the graphics card... uninstall it use a known good GPU or use the onboard graphics APU.

if all your parts are good suspect motherboard or CPU issues.
