Faulty vga driver or what?

I recently installed an ASUS P5k SE mobo, and now I'm getting the BSoD DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL.
When only browsing folders and internet, I'm ok. But whenever I open a game, it runs for less than 5 minutes, with freezes and crashes, and then I get the BSoD. And for last, the driver stopped responding and has recovered.
I also had to try different positions combinations of RAM to get the system to power on, since each one of them are from different brands, but all are DDR2 800Mhz.

Could it be a faulty vga driver, or a problem with ram, or even a bad DIMM slot?

Specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
Mobo ASUS P5k SE
8,00Gb RAM DDR2 800Mhz Asymmetric Dual Channel (each stick from different brand)
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4Ghz with CM Hyper TX3
HD 1Tb Western Digital 7200
Zotac GeForce GTX 950 OC ZT-90602-10M (with latest Nvidia drivers)

Check this out. Maybe try using only 1 stck of RAM ans see if this resolves the issue too, because mixing RAMs usualy causes errors like this
