Favorite parts?

What was your favorite bit of hardware over the past few years?
There have been a number of parts that have captured my heart, including my 3700+ AMD 939, which was a joy to overclock. And there are parts I always wanted to have a play with, 905 pentium D and DFI nforce4 anyone?
