Re the Asus Eee All in one (6), seems someone had some old Vic 20s/C64s lying around & thought they re-invent them...

4. Samsung’s 50-inch Multitouch Screen

Why bother? We've had smart boards for years. They are sooo much cheaper and work just fine for presentations. Who uses high-def for power point anyway?

LED backlit LCD screens are fantastic. Hopefully, people buying LCDs will use them for years to come because we really don't need more e-junk. It's a bit bothersome to think about all those plasma tv's with their short lifespan ending up in the landfill.

I'm still waiting to see super-efficient long-lasting LED lighting come to more homes. It's slowly catching on, but the advantage of LED lighting around your home is that you can use many low-light bulbs to create a glow in a room, instead of having a single overly strong light source. Moreover, I want to see the light-emitting paint/wall surface materials they were dreaming up come to fruition.
