Fifa 15 dropping frames

Hi I've just upgraded my pc and fifa 15 runs worse than it did before. I've been messing with it all day with no joy.
Things I've tried
Changing settings in fifa did not make a differance even all on lowest setting.
Reinstalled gcard drivers.
Change settings in catalyst
All result in the same problem.
System
Msi Z97 gaming3 mono
Intel g3258 clocked at 4.6
8gb ram
R9 270 graphics card
500w ocz psu
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Where did you download FIFA 15 from?

Hi it a genuine copy from origin

If you upgraded from nvidia to AMD, you must perform a clean install of the AMD drivers, and also remove all nvidia drivers from your PC, use Piriform ccleaner to remove them and then install the newest AMD drivers.

Hi sorry should of said it's the same graphics card but the rest is new. With a fresh install of Windows 7 x64.

What were your old specs?
Maybe your CPU is getting too hot which causes the bad performance.

My old cpu was a phenom 2 x4 3.4 ghz. My cpu runs at about 75 under full load and has been primed for 12 hours no errors.

Just a quick update. It must be a prob with fifa. I installed far cry 4 and was plesently supprised I can play it on very high settings at 45 -60 fps and it is as smooth as butter. I just can't figure why fifa is being so dam awkward.

Is there no fix for this?
