fifa 17 suddenly wont start

so fifa 17 was running fine on my pc
then suddenly as of the last two days when i launch it, the windows circle is over it for a second then nothing happens
ive tried - updating windows
reinstalling the game
reinstalling framework
i dont know whats wrong
bizzarely too something three or four minutes after i pressed play, fifa will start but its the loading screen on freeze, thats all nothing happens
i dont know what to do 🙁 can anyone help
ps i have a quad core, so the dual core fix on youtube is of no use to me 🙁

is there anywhere that i might find an error log on my pc for it?
there isnt a crash or error message that i see displayed
