File Encryption

Hi all

Pls. I need very Urgent help from any body , My file it
was encrypted , and i have the public key and the
security certificate , i format my system i trying to
access the file i can (files encrypted), how i can
recovar my files ,note i have the public key .

As Mike mentioned you need the private key also which means you would need to have a
..pfx file backed up. If you have that, See the link below for the procedure giving
the built in administrator account as an example being the recovery agent, but you
could do the same with a user account. --- Steve

Do you also have the private key or private key or recovery agent? Without
private keys you won't be able to unencrypt the files...
