Question File Import-Edit-Export to .dat file Password Prompter written by Steven E. Sipe

Hello, I have this old app called Password Prompter written by Steven E. Sipe and copyright by Ziff-Davis 1997. It's an old app but very easy to use for others in my family.
Question: I would like to export it into Excel/other (make changes) and Import it back into the ppinfo.dat file.

I'd like to include the file but I see no option.

I wasn't too sure where to post this.

What sort of changes?

.dat files are not intended for reading purposes....

I would not expect that any password software would allow such editing for security reasons.

And if Password Prompter does indeed allow such editing then I would not consider the program secure.
