File transfer through 2 w/routers

I'd like to know if it's possible to connect 2 Wireless routers/Modems to transfer files between 2 PC's I'm using a D-Link modem in my main PC (DSL-2750U) which I think supports bridging, and the second PC uses it's own modem which also supports bridging.
