Files keep coming back

these files here http://imgur.com/uyxrbtj keep coming back after i delete them.. like i put them in the recycling bin and perma delete them but they keep coming back i have a feeling it has something to do with the path http://imgur.com/M68fWCl i accidentantly extracted them to the wrong place without realizing which is how they ended up there

Have you checked permissions on those files or tried taking ownership of them by right clicking on the files and selecting properties and then clicking on the security tab?

Maybe a program you use regenerates the files you deleted because it needs them to function?

i have full control of the files.. i think it has something to do with winrar as i used it to extract the files but i guess the path got curropted or something and it caused it to extract them just to the modules folder.. and i have full control over the files
