So I just upgraded my Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit to Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit. How can I put back thr old files of my Windows 7 Ultimate to my Windows 7 Professional?

Just reverse the process used to back them up in the first place.

Your personal files, just copy them from wherever you stored them before this upgrade.
Application WILL need to be reinstalled. You can't retrieve them from any backup or Windows.old.

My experience is many files are retrievable from Windows.old

If you upgraded from 32-bit to 64-bit there won't be anything left over from the old as a disk wipe is required. There will be no "Windows.old". You must have made a backup before starting or there's nothing to restore.

Whatever applications and software you use, do the install for those just like you did the first time.
Your 'upgrade' from 32bit to 64bit was a full wipe and reinstall. There is nothing left of the original 32bit.

Where did your original Office install come from?
It needs to be reinstalled.

Are you talking about the program or your files made in Microsoft Office? It's best to be clear exactly what you're talking about. Just "files" is quite vague.

If you need the program, reinstall it the same way you installed it the first time.

If you're referring to the various Word/Excel/etc. documents made in Microsoft Office, you deleted them all when you did a full wipe-and-reinstall, which is necessary to go a 64-bit OS. If you did not back up these files -- and you should have been backing up these files all the time -- then they are most likely gone.

You have to install programs. Just having the folder doesn't do anything.
