Question Filmora 9 Crashes Randomly

Hello,

So recently (aka 10 mins ago) i was trying to edit one of my videos as a "Practice Edit" to get back into filmora
but it was crashing and crashing and i couldn't do anything, and it was random - one time it crashed when i tried to play it back
or add an effect - or even Searched for an effect!

its completly random - i am not sure what information i could give you about the crash
i do have gpu acceleration on if that helps and there are my specs

MB : MSI H170 GAMING M3
CPU: I5-6400
RAM: 16GB DDR4-2400 Kingston
GPU: RX 580 8GB Vram

HDD/SDD :

931GB Western Digital WDC WD10EZEX-08WN4A0 (SATA )
111GB Samsung SSD 750 EVO 120GB (SATA (SSD))

Ok, so i got it fixed - the problem was the GPU Acceleration... for some reason

How did you fix this problem? Also having the same issues with constant crashing. GPU Acceleration is enabled, it crashes with it on or off in the preferences menu.
