The powersupply is shit, The case is not very good quality, You wont get very good overclocks with that cooler, the 980 is not worth the premium over the 970, theres just not enough of a performance difference between them to justify the price. The ssd was a rather poor choice.

This will be more than enough for 1080p/1440p http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/K4NrCJ

Get a second 970 in the future if you feel you need it.
1. Do ya need the 4790k over the 4690k ?

2. If I was investing the extra money in a 4790k, I wouldn't be putting a budget cooler on it.

3. Faster and cheaper MoBo

4. £4 gets you DDR3-2400 CAS 10

5. What will games be stored on ? 120 GB SSD won't cut it on its own

6. EVGA 980 would be my last choice among the big 4

MSI > Gigabyte > Asus > EVGA

7. PSU should be avoided.... CX is not suitable for gaming / enthusiast boxes. Also, might as well get something that can handle an upgrade to SLI.

For future upgrade ability , for the gaming, I'd drop to a 4690k and invest the monies in a larger case, better PSU, better cooler.

What about this one :
750W EVGA SuperNOVA G2, Full Modular, 80PLUS Gold, ATX, PSU
?

I already have the 980 hence why im sticking with it :)
Also i dont have my current 2tb Seagate listed up there, oddly but yeah the SSD is being used to store only a few things.

The G2 series of power supplies are definitely worth the money!
