so this is the final version of my draft. i adjusted the parts and hopefully got the best bang-for-buck components that i can get. i am not overclocking. i would be playing mostly F2P games on high/ultra, with the exception of some (i.e. witcher 3 @ medium, GuildWars 2, Sims 3/4, etc...) currently playing Tera, DoTA2, Heroes of the Storm (would be playing EOS online, Blades and Souls, Tree of Savior) all with at >50 fps. would this suffice? also i am not upgrading this system for 5 years, so i want it to be compatible for future gaming as it can be without breaking the bank.

thank you and please suggest/comment on the build ^~^

Solution
I would try to get a R9 290, the price difference to the R9 280x is very low (40$), which is a very small price inside your budget.

You should change the PSU, drop the cpu cooler, you dont really need it, and you can always buy it later, since you're probably not going to overclock.

Dont pay attention to the case incompatibility warning, because it's wrong. The Zalman Z5 can support GPU up to 330mm

Yes, this build will run the games you are playing at 1080p at high to ultra settings with at least 60 FPS. The only criticism is to get a better quality power supply. Refer to this link on more information on choosing quality power supplies: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html. Otherwise, this is a solid build!

i see, thanks. ill be sure to check up the things about the PSU.

i am not going to overclock. also i wont be upgrading for 5 years. so i want a system that can still take games at least on medium at >50 fps.

the most graphics intense game that ill be playing on this system would be the upcoming witcher 3, other than that i would mostly play F2P (i.e. EOS online, TERA, Blades and Souls, Warframe, Diablo 3, Sims 3, etc....) reason why i went for a better cpu since MMORPGs are more CPU dependent. also i want my system to be as cool and quite as it can be, reason why i didnt go for the stock cooler.

please suggest/comment on the build

i might wait for the release of the 300 series so i can get a better deal on the GPU and maybe upgrade to a 290x.

thank you ^~^
