Question Finalizing the last parts in my (9800x3d, 5070 Ti) build - can I buy these parts?

Over the last few months, I've been scavenging for a 9800x3d and 5070 Ti, and I finally have both parts. The GPU was purchased in a bundle with a PSU (which I'm hoping is good), so those three parts are all "fixed", whereas all of the other parts I am free to pick.

I have a few questions:
  1. Is the motherboard good? I want to purchase a newer AM5 board so I don't have to deal with stuff like flashing BIOS, etc. I'm fine spending <=300 on the motherboard, I just hope it's easy to work with and serves its purpose.
  2. Is the cooling fine for the case? It is to my knowledge that with the Lion Li O11 Vision Compact, I need to also choose case fans, so I bought a pack of 5 of these Arctic ones. I don't want any fancy RGB, etc, just something sleek and black. Will plugging in 5 different fans be difficult with all the wiring? Further, is the AIO sufficient?
  3. Is the memory fine? This is G. Skill's new "ultra low latency" memory, which runs at 26 CL. I play a lot of FPS games on low graphics, and I want the best input lag. Will I have compatibility issues with this memory, because it's so "new" and unknown? I'm fairly certain it's the only memory that runs at 26 CAS @ 6000 MHz.
  4. Any other notes? Is everything compatible/fine?

Thank you in advance!

All is fine, even a bit overboard. Don't need a 360 AIO cooler, even medium priced and sized air cooler would be fine.
All AM5 MBs are initially compatible with all new Ryzen 7000 and 9000 series but for x3D you will need to update BIOS to work fully and get full performance.

Here's a few cost cutters including a case with better airflow. Low profile RAM so that the heatsinks don't impede that dual tower cpu cooler.
