Finally turning my pre-built into an actual gaming machine. Need some opinions.

After buying a pre-built system that was made in 2011, I upgraded it a little to make it run better and the fact that 2 parts died (damn psu was the worst because I had no idea why it would not turn on and once I got a new one, it was my first time installing a psu and I got 2 headaches lol). Now I have a decent rig that play some games fine and others surprisingly well but those were lower end anyways. Not that Christmas is coming up, I have enough money to turn it into something good. Here is my current build and the parts that I've determined I should get. The stuff labeled as 0 I already have.

I'm not looking to get anything more expensive than that as it's already pushing the limit, what I'm looking for is anything wrong and if it is fully compatible. And yes, if there is anything faster or better that is the same price or lower, I am interested. Thanks in advance.

Couple questions,

First with a full size ATX case why would you want a Micro ATX motherboard? A regular board can get you a bigger power phase which is better for overclocking, and more slots in case you want to go nuts and crossfire cards some day.

Secondly, do you actually own a copy of windows 10 or are you counting your update? If you're counting your update you need to buy a new copy, the update won't translate to a new motherboard/processor, its tied to the old motherboard.

Ok man so this sounds like a decent start to a gaming machine, won't be breaking any records but will do the job for you, and you can overclock a bit as well..... but:

Give every possibility I would dump that PSU but you already own it so use it until you start having issues. I would not overclock on that PSU myself, its known to be not the best quality here on TH. Look for an EVGA, Seasonic, or XFX when you're ready.

Yet another mistake I made within my list. For somereason, my mind always thinks that's the psu I bought. When really, I bought the XFX TS 550 80+ Bronze.
