Find me a Good Monitor

Hi,,
I look for a 24" -27" Full HD monitor.My Main Purpose is for Watching HD (Mostly Blurays) and Even 4K movies ..,,a more of Powerpoint presentation ,a good amount of typing too ...

I expect the monitor to be Full HD , ANti Glare, Thin bezel,IPS Plane , A Good refresh rate ,Anti Flickering Enabled too..

I'm from India and I hunt for the monitors in a price range of 18-23 Thousand Rupees, ANy good Suggestions ?? Also I wish the model to be launched in 2016..

That Dell is both better than what LG offers in that price range and it has thinner bezels. My recommendation stands.

I accept,But the thing is that it is being launched in 2013 End,, ALmost a 3Year Old Model,,

If i use for another say 5-6 years,,i'll be using a 8 year old Monitor then!!

Thats Why i asked for some other choices

Why Monitor dont''t have 2 HDMI Ports ?? I wish to connect my AV Receiver to the Monitor Directly.. Any Options there??

The Asus i linked last has plenty of inputs: HDMI x 2, D-Sub.
