Find windows activation 100+ pcs

So i work at a bingo hall with 400+ pcs. and as they break or need fixed we swap them out with a good unit then we can fix the bad one. but my job is to make sure as we swap them out they stay activated in windows. And as of right now i have a batch file that i run to restart the room i need. but then i have to run around and try to write down all the spots that have the windows activation box pop up before it disappears.

my question is there any way to have it shutdown or restart only the ones that don't have product keys? or give me a list in return? anything helps compared to my current routine.

Which specific Windows OS?

With 400+ systems, this calls out for Volume Licensing, and a license server.
As they power up and come online, they talk to your license server. It holds the activation status, not each individual workstation.

Win 7 pro or up can't remember. And if we had something like that I wouldn't need to do this lol. It's pretty much 400 individual units All on the same network

So this is when you talk to a salesman at Microsoft, and get something like that.

Yeah going around 400 individual PC insane but call it job security right. 😀
