So thanks for all of you who actually going to answer and help me! <3

I have a core 2 Q9400 team-up with 4GB DDR3 because my main is somehow can do that (and even overclock)

+A 1TB WD BLUE

+PSU Corsair 450VS (i live in asian)

+Nvidia GeForce 9600 512 (pretty much old)

And i have stock cooling

Looking to play Overwatch and some of the offline game in that power range.

So what should i get for the new GPU with or without overclock the cpu is fine, and if i have to OC, what should i get for the cooling system (i'm basic 100% stock now)

And the ram, should i buy more (main is 2 slots and now i have 1 slot 4GB)

When done moderately there should be no problems, when you add voltage at higher levels to get the limit of the silicon then you can start getting trouble. Most 775 of the time can easily do 3.4 GHz or so, 3.2 might run at a stock voltage or only need +0.1V over stock. Whereas 4GHz might need 1.4V and Load Line Calibration to stop Vdroop. More voltage equals more heat, electro migration comes into play. I still have an E2140 200FSB 1.6 GHz In a PC I bought for my mother-in-law that I pin modded to run at 2.66GHz on a 333 FSB. No voltage increase and it still runs stable today. Have a Pentium E6300 running at 3.5GHz with a stock cooler and only added 100 mV still running as my son's PC. Never could get a 4GHz 775 chip, but I wasn't willing to overvolt too much.

0.85V - 1.3625V is spec voltage range, so the lower you keep the vcore 1.1, 1.15, 1.2, 1.25, 1.3V is fine go with the lowest that keeps you stable, if you have to get 1.4V which is over spec then you can start seeing trouble.
