Finding A window 7 Oem

I am helping a family friend with their pc they dont have a disk and the partition could be infected I want to get them a disk but I looked on amazon had pirated and the reviews were terrifying, newegg was okay,microsoft does not sell it and walmart was just a thought.

my question is where is a good site if any and what am I looking for to know its a good buy.

Newegg is a verifed/authorized reseller. Did you did note that it was Microsoft Office Professional and not Home? The Home versions are $199.
