I finnaly think Im done with parts, now I just need some opinions for mybe some upgrades or better parts. In USD it would cost 1135$.

CPU: i5-4690k
GPU: MSI GTX760 Gaming
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB 1866MHz
HDD: WD Black 1TB 7200rpm, 64mb cache, SATA III
MOBO: MSI Z97 PCMATE
Optical Drive: Random Samsung DVD-RW
PSU: XFX Pro Series Core Edition 80 650W (I chose this one because it is haswell ready)
Case: Thermaltake Versa H21

Im not planning on OC-ing right away so I will buy aftermarket cooler later.

Something to consider

For the same price you listed:
1. Much faster GPU, the most important part of a gaming system.
2. Added an SSD. Optional. They are great for game load times but do nothing for FPS. I do love having them personally, and at your budget level you can fit one in easily.
3. Changed the case. The one you had doesn't fit tall CPU coolers. Even if you don't plan to install one right away, nice to have the option
4. Added the cpu cooler. They aren't fun to install later down the road. May as well install it as you are building the system, even if you don't plan to OC right away.
5. Changed the motherboard from MSI to Asrock. Personal preference. Prefer Asus or Asrock over MSI.

That's maybe in your country, but in my that build costs 1750$. I checked the prices. I was even going for cheapest possible options. And as you can see I dont even have R9 290, SSD, 100$ Corsair case, CPU cooler, operating system and your MOBO. As I said its preety expensive around here.

1. Im playing on 1650x1050 so GTX760 is for me good enough. Maybe I could spen a little bit more and get GTX770. (1300$)
2. Cant realy afford SSD right away, maybe in future. SSD's are preety darn expesive. 120GB costs 130$.
3. I agree with the case. I could buy probably a bit better one but again corsair is expesive so thats why I chose this one. It has all I need and its afordable.
4. Yea, im thinking of adding 212 in my build.
5. I think MSI motherboards are reliable and this one is kinda cheap and it has all I need (USB3, sata3, 2xPCIe slots so i can buy another 760)

Im from Croatia, parts are expensive here. Thats the price when I convert my courency to USD

Thermaltake Commander MS-III. What you think about this case ?

Looks like a nice case if the price is nice and cheap. Just make a note that it has a CPU cooler height limitation of 155mm (The hyper 212 evo cooler is 159mm as an example) and a VGA length limitation of 320mm (lots of room for big cards actually). That MSI GTX760 Gaming you listed will fit.

CPU cooler high limitation 155mm. Not good for OC heatsink.
