Firefox backup bookmark files from Windows XP to Windows 10

My Windows XP desktop computer died on me. I have a backup of the Firefox BookmarksBackups file. How can I use that to get my bookmarks on my new Windows 10 desktop computer?

That was no help because my Windows XP is dead so I can't export the bookmarks.

What did you use to create the "backup of the Firefox BookmarksBackups file"? If FF, it produces an HTML file that you can import elsewhere.

It was a direct copy of the file.
