Question Firefox crashes and random black screens

Firefox keeps crashing and I am getting random black screens, plus When I use Chrome I get these weird horizontal lines when scrolling.

It seems to happen when I have multple pages running. Seems like the internet is the only thing that crashes though.
I have updated my graphics card recently so I don't know if that might be the cause.

EDIT: I also get crashes on Chrome and it says "out of memory".

It's an issue with the memory, a lot of it is being used for whatever reason.
