When ever I open too many tabs in Firefox I can't get to all of them without closing all of them. How do I see the ones that are not on the screen?

Not sure what you're asking here.

The L- R arrows across the top bar scroll L and R.

How many is "too many"?

Let's say I want to open 15 tabs. When I do so I can't see all of them. I know how to get to them in Chrome, but idk how to get to all of them in Firefox when they are not all showing.

At the top bar, there is an arrow on each end.
Currently, I have 24 tabs open, about 19 visible at the top.
Arrow L - R to expose the others.

I don't see the arrows. Is there an option that I have to turn on?

That's a toolbar up there.

It's customizable.

I cannot recall if the left and right scroll arrows are there by default or not. Perhaps not....which means you have to search for the customize option.

Shrink your FF window sideways, and those arrows should eventually appear.
Even with as few as 5 tabs.

Those arrows appear when the number of tabs exceeds the screen width. Nothing needs to be configured.
