[SOLVED] FireFox won't open up

Firefox refuses to open up. I am weary of doing a reset and lose my bookmarks and logins, even though it says that it would save them, but that there is no guarantee. Is there any other way to open it up? I don't know exactly what happens if I do a refresh except it says it turns FF back to its default status. I don't really know what that means either.

go in program files and try it with the exe process also do you have any other browser in system .

Default status deletes everything. Did something happen prior to Firefox not working?

Thanks, it worked. I don't understand, when I click on FF icon and see the menu, I click on Open FF and it didn't open. Isn't that menu suppose to take us to the Program file and the exe file?

Shortcuts can become corrupted. Right click on the FF shortcut icon and chose properties. This will show the shortcut. If the information doesn't look correct, then delete the shortcut and manually create another.
