Question Firewalls on a router

I know that a firewall can be installed on both a computer and a router. Is there any benefit to using both? I have not found an article that goes into depth on the topic. Any help is appreciated.

Current consumer routers already have a firewall function, built in.
I know my current and last several do.

Windows also has a firewall function, built in and running by default.

There is nothing you need to "install".

Your router firewall for threats outside of your environments. Your computer firewall for potential threats inside your network. Both come by default; nothing to install.
