Firewire to eSATA

Hello,
My motherboard IO has a firewire header, but my case has a eSATA port at the front. Is there a way to connect the two and not have a dead port on my case? I also have a few USB 2.0 ports my mobo, if they can be connected its better than nothing.

Hello jplay;

You're MUCH better off using a add in slot back plate adapter for both the extra USB and Firewire headers.
Easier, faster and maybe even cheaper.
