Question First 64GB (C)UDIMM sticks are here...

but CL is horrible.
Well, it's value RAM. What else you'd expect from the cheapest, budget oriented RAM?

why there is no EXPO profile?
Since current AM5 MoBos (up to AMD 800-series chipset) doesn't support CUDIMM.

There is only one AM5 MoBo that supports CUDIMM and that's: MSI X870E Carbon wifi,
specs: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/MPG-X870E-CARBON-WIFI/Specification

But that too with caveat:
Supports CUDIMM, Clock Driver bypass mode only*

* CUDIMM support and POR boot frequency may vary by CPU series, with manual overclocking available after boot. Certain CPUs may fail to boot, but future BIOS updates will improve compatibility.

And why they have to be CUDIMMs with such relatively low frequency?
CUDIMM RAM starts from 6400 MT/s and up. Figures that RAM manufacturers start with lowest transfer speed, before making faster ones.

Personally, i'd have higher capacity and tighter timings, while slower speed RAM (6000/6400); compared to high transfer rate CUDIMM.
