EDIT: Should probably be posted in "Builds"
Everything spins and lights up, including my peripherals (can even change numlock/capslock on keyboard).
I'm not sure if mobo is short circuiting because I didn't use brass stands (only came with 2 brass stands)
There are parts of the case that are lifted where the mobo screws in so I think it's fine?
I've tested it without the graphics card, it does the same thing.
I tested a working monitor.
RAM is seated correctly, when the RAM wasn't seated correctly, everything would turn on and spin except for the peripherals, and it would restart every 30 seconds.
It didn't come with an internal speaker for POST, but I have a spare. I'm not sure if there is any place to put it in though. (I linked mobo manual below, in-case anyone knows if I can plug in this speaker)
There is a connection for "Power LED and Speaker Header (SPK_PLED1)" I don't know if that's the proper place to connect it, it's 7 pins, one row of 4 and one row of 3 below.
I removed the CMOS battery for a couple of minutes and put it back in (I think it took longer for the peripherals to light up when I did this)
Here's my build:

NOTE: I bought this cheap/old video card because the build I'm using didn't really require heavy graphics (I hope it's not the problem)
