First bootup: no signal

Hi,

I bought a new MOBO, MOBO fan, CPU and RAM for my pc. I installed everything, turned it on and the MOBO's lights are on, the GPU lights are on but my monitor just turns on and gives a 'no signal' sign. My keyboard and mouse also aren't lighting up. I tried both my GPU with hdmi and DVI and my integrated graphics but nothing works. Help would be very much appreciated since this cost me a lot of money and effort...

CPU: i5 8700K
MOBO: Asrock z370 Extreme 4
16 GB RAM

Can you get into BIOS. You might need BIOS update. Also look closely on your motherboard sometimes red light will tell you what is wrong. Could be your cpu needs to be reseeded.

I fixed my no signal by changing up my RAM sticks. But now I do not have an ethernet connection, but I am currently using my MOBO driver CD. However, I do see 1 small red light on my MOBO. Also, is it normal that my PC keeps rebooting every 2/3 minute while using the driver disc?

Edit: internet now works. I still have to find out what the red light means though

I did. So everything is working fine but there is just one red light that I have. I will try and find out what it means
