Solution
This will be a good build - would reconsider the PSU, Corsair's VS and CX series of PSUs aren't well considered, might look at Seasonic, XFX, EVGA

- GTX 960 - Consider the better gtx 970 or the cheaper gtx 950 - both has better price/performance ratio.
- Intel i5 4690 - consider either a less expensive core for basically same performance, or get the k-series chip that llows overclocking, you´d have to get a cpu cooler as well then (20$) and a z97 mobo instead of a h97 mobo. For video editing I´d recommend either i-6600(k) or xeon processor. (you´d have to switch mobo and rams as well)
- Corsair VS450, bad psu for gaming as it´s only recommended at 30c even under full load. get a more sturdy psu from antec, seasonic or xfx.

The best thing you could do, would to name :
- budget
- country you buy from
- programs/games you are going use/play
