First build cabling help

This is my first build. These are the parts:
Case: CM Storm Trooper
Motherboard: AsRock Extreme4
CPU: i5-3570K
CPU Cooler: noctua nh d14
gpu: gigabyte hd 7870 oc
hard drive 1: vertex 4
hard drive 2: barracuda
disk drive: some random lg one, it's 5.5 in
psu: 620 watts antec green power or something

The cabling is very confusing. So far, I've only got the case, mobo, ram, psu and vertex 4.
Can someone help me with the cabling?

Nah sorry, it's not in there. I can't find the cable from the psu to connect to the atx12v1 header. Also, do the chassis fans connect to the mobo?; because the fan controller is on the case

If you want to use the Case fancontroller then you plug the fans into that, and a molex line from the Psu into the fancontroller to power it,

your 12v is two fourpin blocks, they will slot together to make the 8pin block and have 'CPU' printed on them,
